FAQs
How much will I save?
Most homeowners can save tens of thousands on their electric bills, often with $0 upfront cost. Your home needs enough sunlight exposure for solar to be worthwhile.
Will I still get a bill from the utility company?
It depends on your home. We design each system to cover as much of your energy needs as possible. Solar energy is cheaper than utility companies, and we’ll help you choose a system that meet your goals.
What about cloudy days and winter?
Solar panels still work on cloudy and snowy days. We calculate annual production using both AI and historical weather data to estimate your system’s performance over the year.
How do I know if my solar system is working?
You’ll have access to a real-time monitoring platform, and we actively monitor your system too. You can always check how much energy your panels are producing.
What happens in a blackout?
For safety, your system automatically shuts off during a power outage so it doesn’t send electricity to the grid. Once power is restored, your system resumes normal operation.
What happens if I sell my house?
The system transfers to the next homeowner. They continue to enjoy lower electricity bills and guaranteed production. Our team helps with the transition.
Will I notice any difference in my electricity service?
Nope! Your electricity works the same way. The grid remains connected for extra energy when needed, but your bills will be lower thanks to solar.
How do I know if my roof needs to be replaced or just repaired?
Signs like missing shingles, frequent leaks, sagging, or visible damage may mean a replacement is needed. However, if the damage is isolated, repairs might be sufficient. A professional inspection is the best way to know.
How long does a roof replacement usually take?
Most residential roof replacements take 1 to 3 days, depending on the size of the roof, the material, and weather conditions.
What warranties do you offer?
We offer both manufacturer warranties and workmanship warranties. Warranties vary depending on the roofing material and scope of the job.
