These Terms and Services govern the use of SMS messaging services provided by NutronHome. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Services.

Opt-In
Users may subscribe to NutronHome’s SMS service by providing their mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in.

Message Frequency & Fees
Message frequency may vary but will not exceed 1-2 messages daily. Message and data rates may apply. NutronHome is not responsible for any charges incurred by the user.

Opt-Out
Users may opt out of the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. NutronHome will promptly stop sending messages upon receipt of an opt-out request.

For assistance, users may reply HELP to any message or contact Apricot Solar directly.

Privacy
User information, including mobile numbers, will be used in accordance with NutronHome’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared or sold without consent.

Disclaimer of Liability
NutronHome is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the use of the SMS service. The service is provided “as is,” and users assume responsibility for its use.
